What is WRAPPED ?
Wrapped is a event centered around bringing small business owners, models and photographers from local areas. To create content for small clothing brands owner. This year it takes place in Grand Rapids!
During the event, small business owners donate there clothes for models and photographers to create content in. This way people in the community can network and even work together with each other in the future. As well as build up portfolios with the content used during this event. All in all it’s a win for all three audiences, hence the name Wrapped.
Why do we need WRAPPED?
Through conducting interviews, and speaking with small business owners I found. There is a lack of awareness in the Grand rapids community for Small clothing businesses and connection between creatives.

Forever Great is a sustainable clothing brand aiming to preserve the Great Lakes. I started it while I was a student at GV and was super involved with the entrepreneurship center.I started because I recognized a need for sustainable apparel that represented and positively impacted the environmental issues the Great Lakes face. I plan to grow with consistent product drops and enter near markets across the GL Region
Second Vibes was established on Instagram as a side hustle in March of 2019 and was established as a business in January 2021 Thrifting made us realize There are already too many clothes in the world. We wanted to share our love of Thrifting and give thrifted pieces another life. Opening our storefront was a huge step in our growth and we are utilizing social media to grow our online platform. We also want to be more than just a brand, we want Second Vibes to evolve into a more collaborative space for local artists and businesses.
Delayed love started by having a drive for change in my community and impacting individuals in my generation with design. I started Delayed Love because I felt the inspiration by what design could do and how it affects the everyday consumer. Apparel and design can truly impact individuals specifically the youth and inspire them to move forward, chase their dreams, and overall bring enlightenment. I plan on growing my business by attending markets and exposing my business to social media platforms such as TikTok, and Instagram.

I created 3 different versions of the advertising poster. I chose 3 different versions, because each is tailored to a different audience.

Blue - Models
When thinking of Marketing strategies word of mouth, physical print Material, and of course, social media. Utilizing social media we would be able to expand our reach where print materials couldn’t get us. So building a presence through instagram would be the ideal platform to engage with our audience.

WAYFINDING SYSTEM
In the wayfinding system, I utilized the vibrant branding of the event to create an unique experience for consumers.

I chose wristbands to be worn at the event to create two categories. One for photographers and the other for models, similar to the promotional posters.
At this event people will know what you do just by looking at your wristband. Which already opens up a door or conversation to networking, and working with each other during the event.
